Associate membership is open to any person who owns and operates a business outside of West Virginia to grow and/or sell ornamental nursery stock and/or provide services to the nursery and landscape industry. West Virginia superintendents of parks and estates, public gardens, and arboretums; horticulture educators; and officials with the West Virginia Department of Agriculture may also apply to be Associate Members. Associate Members have no voting rights and may not be elected as an officer or board member of the Association. Dues: $35 per year.
